Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with Conformance Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, due to the non-compliance(s) listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

a. Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  • Alternative text (alt-text) is currently missing for many product images.
  • The B2C online shop and especially the checkout process are not yet fully accessible.

b. Disproportionate burden

Due to the very high number of products with corresponding images, providing meaningful and complete alternative text for all of them would currently represent a disproportionate effort. However, we are actively working on a sustainable long-term solution.

c. The content is not within the scope of the applicable legislation

Not applicable.
